2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on tenzuki.com by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The version in force on the date of your order applies.
3. Products
We sell double-sided embroidered keychains. Each product page describes its main characteristics (design, size, material). Photos are as faithful as possible; slight variations in color or embroidery may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of embroidery.
Products are available while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund you within 14 days.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
Quantity discounts (for example "Buy 2, save 15%" or "Buy 3, save 25%") and discount codes are applied under the conditions shown on the Site and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
5. Ordering
To order, add products to your cart, provide your contact and delivery details, choose a shipping method and pay. Your order is final once payment is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment issue, suspected fraud or an ongoing dispute with the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering, by the secure methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card and other methods displayed). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never have access to your full card details.
7. Delivery
We ship to the countries available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within the estimated time shown at checkout (usually 6 to 10 business days). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated date, you may cancel it by email and receive a full refund, in accordance with article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
Please check your parcel on delivery. In case of damage, contact us within 7 days with photos.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to contact@tenzukishop.com, or use the form below. Return the products, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
We refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or proof of shipment. The refund is made using the original payment method.

9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. To use them, contact us at contact@tenzukishop.com with your order number and photos.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee. If the consumer asks for a repair but the seller imposes a replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction by keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: the seller refuses to repair or replace the goods; the repair or replacement takes place after thirty days; the repair or replacement causes major inconvenience; or the lack of conformity persists despite an unsuccessful attempt by the seller to remedy it.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to first ask for repair or replacement. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are immobilized for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee until the goods are returned.
These rights result from articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who, in bad faith, obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L.241-5 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
10. Liability
Our products are accessories and must be used normally. They contain small metal parts and are not suitable for children under 3. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, or for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in another country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those determined by law.
