14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return your purchase. No reason needed.
How to return an item
- 1. Email contact@tenzukishop.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- 2. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- 3. Ship the items back within 14 days of your request, unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, and keep your proof of shipment.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. In that case, we cover everything.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned items and the initial standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal request. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that they have been shipped, before refunding. The refund is made to your original payment method, at no extra cost.
If a quantity discount was applied (Buy 2 or Buy 3) and you return only part of the order, the refund is calculated on the price you actually paid for the returned items.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@tenzukishop.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, at your choice, at no cost. This does not affect your legal guarantees described in our Terms of Sale.
Exchanges
Want a different design? Return your item following the steps above and place a new order. It is the fastest way.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us. After that, it may already be in preparation: you can then return it under the conditions above.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution with you.
