Free shipping over $25
Shipping is free on all orders over $25. Below that amount, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales or peak periods, this may take slightly longer.

These times are estimates from the date of shipment. Delays caused by carriers, customs or exceptional events may occur.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 2 to 3 days to show the first updates.
Multiple parcels
If you order several keychains, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay shipping once.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 1 hour of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Late or missing parcel
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@tenzukishop.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, reship it or refund you.
